The best healthiest veg meals restaurant is none other than Kamat Jowar Roti vegetarian restaurant at abids beside ramakrishna 35 mm cinema all(now muktha cinema hall)
IT is situated on the first floor, at the ground floor you get andhra meals.
For just rs 170 including taxes you can eat as much jowar roti and curries you want.
The moment you enter you will be given buttermilk,water. Then a washed banana leaf is put in front of you.YOU are servered with unlimited methi leaves,carrot,onions,cucumber,4 curries,raitha,chutney,sambhar,rasam,curd which is limited.
Hot hot jowar roties are severed with one cube of butter.
I started with buttermilk which was good,ate methi leaves and salad,as they servered hot soft jowar roties i starting eating with curries.
There was sprouts curry,mixed green leaves curries, brinjan curry(i did not ate this one as i dont eat it),Pitla(which is made with besan).
The healthy part of it is they are not fried in oil,most of them are boiled well,very little oil is used in curries/chutney.
The cabbage chutney was excellent very well made,so was the sprouts curry,
I need to specially mention about mixed green leaf curry which is very unique and tasted awesome and great for health.
This kamat jowar roti meals is one of a kind very good for health.
people who love roties,want to taste different food then must visit this place.
At the end you are severed with banana and meetha pan
hardly you can find any other hotel restaurant in hyderabad which servers even pan along with food.
The bill was rs 169 including all taxes.(it was an ac restaurant hyderabad telangana)
